Kay has a lovely way of putting you at ease, helping you to tap into that inner knowing so you can grow in confidence as you begin to learn how to interpret the cards. Her friendly, relaxed approach helped create a wonderful learning space. Thank you, Kay. It was a fabulous introduction to Tarot.

What can I say about Kay? She is one fascinating woman. We talked for around 90 minutes or so, I learnt so much about Kay and her background and I’m so glad I did. There are people who she will be able to help, if there is such a thing as a degree in life Kay most definitely has the highest grade. What I love about Kay is she is a fantastic story teller, has a great memory but above all that I love that she genuinely wants to help people. If Kay ever writes a book I’m buying it, in my career I’ve met a lot of people with stories, Kay’s got those in abundance. If you’re bottling things up and you have an open mind to getting something done about it, I strongly recommend you get in touch with Kay her depth of knowledge and skill sets are second to none. Discretion and helping others are paramount to Kay , she really is impressive. Her understanding of how things really work are extraordinary- in a good way of course. This was one of the most enlightening meetings I’ve had for a long time.

I'd never heard of Kinetic Shift before I met Kay, but I took the time to get to know Kay - and it became clear that hers were a truly safe pair of hands. I'd no idea what to expect, but wasn't worried, because I felt at ease putting myself into Kay's hands and committed fully to the process. I tried so many things and honestly nothing was working. It was getting to the point I was struggling to function so after a conversion with Kay Downie last Thursday I booked a session with her on Monday. When I say this woman worked magic I’m not joking!
